This Brighton based apartment had been purchased as a renovation project by the client, with the objective to rent it out once works were completed. Over the course of the following 4 weeks, we fully renovated the property - the old kitchen was removed and in it’s place a new, modern one was installed. All ceilings and walls were re-plastered, radiators were replaced and a full electrical test was conducted in line with NICEIC guidelines. 

We worked to restore and breathe life back into some of the beautiful original features, such as sanding down, staining and varnishing the exposed floorboards. The property also featured old sash windows that provided real character and charm, but were in poor condition after years of neglect. We carefully stripped these down, repaired and decorated them.
