The apartment had originally been on the market some time due to it’s less than ideal layout - our client saw potential in the property and appointed Brightside Renovations to carry out the work. Whilst one of the bedrooms was small, the apartment had a large hallway where space was not being fully utilised. We removed and rebuilt walls so that the layout flowed better and additional space was gained in the bedroom and bathroom. The old and tired kitchen was removed and a new kitchen and bathroom were installed over the course of this 6 weeks project - many electrical alterations were also made, to help showcase the flat in the best possible light.
